Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Pro any time from the app. Both plans are billed monthly.
What counts as a minute?
The length of the audio that becomes a note. Recording itself is free, and if a note can't be made, the minutes are returned.
When do my limits reset?
Daily limits reset at midnight and weekly limits on Monday, both on Dhaka time. There is no monthly limit.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Daily and weekly minutes don't roll over. Extra minutes you buy never expire.
What if I run out?
Buy extra minutes at ৳3 each, or wait for your daily or weekly limit to reset. A recording you've already made is saved either way.
Is there a yearly plan?
Not at the moment. Both plans are billed monthly.
Is there a plan for schools or coaching centres?
Not as a separate plan yet. If you teach a class or run a centre, contact us and we'll work something out.
